im writing this mail regards complain for your poor and unreliable service for customer care even you are charging for that kind of customer service, i have tried 4-5 times but after initial conversion they cut down the phone i think this all for making you money from more calls this is really pathetic for any such big Bharti brand to make such cheap option to earn.
