Activating services automatically

Dear Sir/Madam,

Airtel mobile service had been activated a service called Airtel Talkies on my mobile in the month of may. I had given a complain in its customer care service to deactivate it and active DND service on my mobile. At that time they deduct Rs. 30 for the above without any cause. But again on 5th of June I got a message that your Airtel talkies has been renewed on 7th June. To which I did not found any reason how it could be possible. I also tried to customer care but fail to catch them. Now on 7th they deduct again Rs.30 for the same. Which is bring me a depression. The customer care service also not work properly to handle my situation.

Now I have no option except to knock the door of Consumer Court. Please help me out. I want to file a case against the service provider.
