99 RS were deducted automatically from my balance

After posting a complaint in above URL on yesterday evening, AIRTEL company deducted 99 rs more from my account without my knowledge and CUSTOMER CARE response in this case is "I downloaded some videos from any of their services which is activated on my number" and I have no knowledge about this bloody service.

I didn't downloaded any videos yesterday and why would I download such pricey videos (If suppose, I may know "How to download them")...

Airtel has really ruined my life by deducting balances unknowingly many times till now.

POOR Customer Care representatives,

Invalid/unnecessary activation of bloody services,

Promoting Gunda raj by deducting balances,

Refund My Balance i.e. RS (99 30), Otherwise, I will file a complaint in court about this matter.
