Prepaid Connection

Since 2008 I have been using a prepaid connection with Airtel. Few days back I received one message from Airtel regarding this connection. They pressurising me to reproduce my ID card copy as well as Photograhs, but I submitted all these documents before I took this Connection. Two days back I lost my out going call fecility. After that they threatened me to disconnect this Prepaid connection If I fail to submit these documents with in this week. Past two years I am using this particular connection, all of my relatives and friends having this mobile number. So I could not give up connection, please give a solution for this,
