i want to complaint to TRAI,

I have Three Airtel Postpaid Connection

i want to switch to IDEA, i have port my all three Number and submitted to idea but my numbers are not switch

i have been receving many call from airtel i have told them i want to switch, they activate my new plan but i don't give any request for plan change, and no respone for MNP, i have paid all my bills, kindly make a neccesery step to solve my problem my no. are 9557003331, 9557003332, 9997706500,
