Connectivity problem

I had registered a complaint to customer care regarding connectivity problem, and i got a message that the problem will be bresolved by 14 sept, but it has not yet resolved. the complaint was that i am unable to call on a landline no 08322610106 (state-goa), it is giving a error message that this no doesnot exist. meanwhile a called to customer care and to my surprise the representative told me that in your airtel internal system the complaint resolving officer had stated that the complanit is resolved but not closed and the my landline doestnot exist in this regard i would like to suggest the concerned officer that if this no doestnot exist than how airtel company took charges from me calling that no since last one year and for his/her kind information this is my landline residence no in goa.

similar problem i faced before couple of months and it took 20 days.
