Cricket subcription service activated without my knowledge

I have received cricket subscription service from 54321 without my knowledge & unnecessary charged Rs 10/- and this is repeated no of times for other services.pl get me rid of this permanently otherwise i am going to approach higher authorities for same. Tried to reach customer care but never available... My number is 09799502373.
