MNP PORT complaint

My number is 9866032645 of airtel network .i have received UPC CODE from airtel for MNP which i have submitted to idea office, opp kapila hotel on 30-09 and then waited but nothing happend .i have made no.of calls to both networks customer care but they failed to tell me the reasons for the delay.when i contacted the airtel they said that we have not received any request to forward from idea then i went to idea office they said that we have received yes from airtel but until airtel network sim is not deactivated you are not able to use idea sim. i am tired of moving from airtel office to idea office and vice versa. so please solve this problem urgently as my UPC validity expires on 15-10.
