our member mr vipin katiar mob.no 9935814224&sailendra singh mob.no 9369824272 are charged rs.40 &rs.30 for coller tone activation which they didnt asked several complaints are being reported to custmer care but no action has been taken yet to refund money neither DND services are beingactiveted even after several request
