Espected sir, my self hitesh sharma. On 21st jan. When MNP facility

begin in rajasthan i had deposite my all necessery documents what

needed to do it, to airtel outlet (sikar road, jaipur) they commit me

that within seven days my exiting number which is tata indicom,

convert into airtel. But very next day i recieved a messeg about my id

which i attached with portle form was not matched thats why my

operation became unsuccessful. But after that i attached my right

identity with new portle form on 25th of jan. And they again committe

my number would converted into airtel. But till today my exitingn tata

indicom number (09269253339) not changed into airtel. They always give

me excuses that your number convert today, tomorrow, today, tomorrow

blah blah blah.. They also told me that contact to the customer care

of both of opraters indicom and airtel.. But they both dont want to

tell me about that. Once airtel customer ex'cutive tell me that your

documents havent recieved by us but when i asked about it to outlet

excutives they told me that they sent already to airtel. And once air

tel customer excutive told me and shocked me that my exiting number

(tata indicom) which one i want to convert, Is delhi number but i

purchased it in rajasthan and use it since aprox 2 years. and tata's

customer excutive telling me that we cant do anything abt it. Sir i am

Getting frustated and helpless that do anything. Sir this MNP

facility had very coastly to me. Please help out me about it. I want

compensation about my problem what bear by mine. here it is my

profile.. NAME- hitesh kumar sharma. ADDRESS- 160 new chandara nagar,

beawar road ajmer. EXITING NO. 9269253339 (tata indicom) and change

in2 airtel. Pls pay attention at above's matter otherwise i wud loose

my faith in telecom sector. & i also complain to TRAI but no response from there... Thank u
