DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FOR SERVICES NOT ACTIVITED

Dear Sir /Madam

Its been 3 months since repeatedly again and again money is being deducted from mobile no. 9975314361 (prepaid). Type of deduction is 1 re per day or 3 rupees at atime .once 15 rupees were deducted for some hello tune download. On calling airtel customer care, they you have activated some xyz service and thats why balance is being deducted. Actulally we never activated any service still this kind of blunders happens, They also committed to return the money to the account but that also never happened .please take necessary action.
