Hi i am raghav sharma and having mobile number 9815270123 since from the 1st day airtel start their service in my city . in this time i face many problems and the solve that also . but from last 7 months i am facing problem with gprs on my factory area there i cant use the service lots of time i had complaint for this to airtel they did not even make it perfect for asingle day . they always say only (sir we are very sorry please give us some more time we will surely fix it . i am really frustrated for this . i am paying them the entire net amount from last 7 months i never said why u charging me for this service which i cant use . i am really dis appointed for this kind of airtel's behave they did not understand the problem of customers and neglecting it
