Missed call from Pakistan

I got a missed call from 923014085959 on 20th Dec at 1.21 pm. I tried calling but i dont have ISD calling so could'nt found out. Then i checked out on the net, the no.is from pakistan. I want to lodge a complaint against this. where do i do it? pls help.
