Very dissatisfied with Airtel service

Sir,

I have met with an accident on 26-02-10, and my both hands are broken, i m in bed rest, i m using Airtel 919849846413 is my no i have a net work problem and ask airtel to rectify it several times and taken a reference no 13 times from them to resolve the problem and i have spoken to their higher management also at 3 levels but still now my problem was no rectified and they are not giving my phone responce also while i dialing to121, 198 after reaching the 9 customer care executive option the computer cut my phone saing that sms to 121.

i very un happy with their service and their aproach to the sick cusomer who is in bed rest, i am their oldest customer using this no from last 10 years with this nework since i dont have any problem but now they have not solving this problem from last 2 months, the reference no are given below for your reference.

please solve this and help me.
