Very poor network in our location

Earlier many times i complained to your service center again iam bringing to your notice, in our area many of the airtel network customers are facing signal problems (not only me) though we selected the network option as airtel we are unable to receive the signal it is very difficult to find single point of signal.you can do a survey regarding this problem, really we are going outside (end of the road) to receive the call in our area ask any of your customer in our area because being an leading network there is a need to provide better service to the customers but your service centers are not at all responding towards the customers complaints and queries iam very sorry to say this because we lost our patience so i hope sorry not a hope -demanding as a customer to provide a better service to our locality..please take up issue in humanitarian manner... iam not resident of remote area iam residing in city limits very shamefull no.1 leading company providing poor service to the customers???
