Theft of balance by service provide

Dear Sir,

I am T.V.Bhaskara Chary. I am a customer to airtel having mobile number 9618893752. My service provider is daily deducting rs 5/- in my account without any intimation. when I requested for the last 5 transactions I came to know that they are cutting the amount for some games club membership. I dont know waht type of service is that. Even they are not intimated me that I have been charging Rs5/- per day. till today I have been charged Rs. 30/-. If I havent noticed this they may cut all my balance out. In return they are not giving any service in this regarding.

I am humbly requesting you to take necessary action to give back my balance back.
