Recharge Complaint

Hi Team,

i am in Hyderabad (in Roaming), I recharged my mobile with 200Rs, After recharging i got only 1Rs remaining money i don't know where it goes when i asked the shopkeeper he told me i also don't know but you are charging your mobile in roaming so i can't help you better to talk to customer care, I tried several times but the 121 number does not exist, I have already lost my 200Rs and now i am feeling very frustrated. I am very much shocked that the Airtel did this cheating with the innocent customer which is a largest service provider, It is very shameful.
