Balance deduction

Hi,

My name is Sulakshana N and my mobile # is 9704231503. I lost Rs50.00 for no reason. I just received a message that I subscribed to Hello tune on September 20 and an amount of Rs 50.00 was deducted from my account. I think this is a new of looting people. After the balance deduction, I immediately called the Customer service and informed about this. I was assured that the balance will be credited. I did not get the amount back. I tried many times after that but all in vain as they started ignoring this call and made a situation where I cannot reach the Rep. I tried another airtel # the same repeated. Ignoring calls does not mean helping the customers. I would request AIRTEL to credit the balance ASAP.
