De Activate -Airtel Sim cards

Deactivated for no reason.whenever itried to contact i am getting message saying this no.does not exist. Icontacted customer care center & whenever i contacted them they promised that it will be activated in 1hrs time. Even after 3hrs it was not activated. I had the similar experiance on 20th also. They took more than 24hrs to activate. I would like to the reason for deactivation and also reason for delay in activation.your action in this respect will be highly appreciated.
