Espected sir,

I have submitted my residential certificate duly stamped and signed by the authorities and also a copy of my PAN card after the sim vendor made me sign the APEF. but still im getting messages stating the the form is incomplete and please resubmit for extended services. i dont understand what is going on? my number is 7702142731.
