Wrong billing/ Misinformation by Airtel

Sir,

This is with ref to my mobile no 9866667549 (postpaid). I have activated GPRS for 98rs and Airtel executive told me that I can use 1GB internet access for the next one month. After variopus call from me Airtel Executive has confirmed me that my internet is active and no more extra charges will be billed for next one month, but I receive bill of Rs 6500/- stating usage of internet in my mobile. Now nobody in Airtel is helping me clarifying this issue rather they are treating me to pay the amount without any clarity. Airtel executive given wrong information about GPRS activation and billed me wrongly.

Please intervene in this regard.
