Dear Sir, This is regarding my previous complaint for mobile no. 9994788394. I am still waiting for the response from Airtel mobile service provider. The executives of Airtel are trying to escape from this issue. The customer care executive (Mr. Manoj Kumar Srivastava, Airtel Presence (Airtel Customer Service Team,

Bharti Airtel Ltd., airtelpresence@airtel.in) pledged me to resolve me the complaint and asked me to generate new unique Port code and send the request again. He called me from the Mobile number 09717894317. After generating new code i am trying to get in contact with him, but he is continuously trying to escape from my issue. And i am getting messages by email and mobile that my issue is resolved. Whereas my problem is still existing. They have once again done fraud to me by asking me to generate new port code to resolve my issue i.e to release me form Airtel network. I am still using Airtel network. The expiry of my porting code is 07 May 11. The days are passing, but Airtel is not taking any action. The same thing has happened in past. After 07 May, once agin their executives will say that you porting code has expired. So how many times i should buy new sim of other service providers to get releaved fro Airtel???
