NON ACATON ON COMPLAINTS BY AIRTEL CUS CARE

Sir, I am Ritesh Kumar Singh using Airtel Prepaid and my No. is 9957429801. Recently i received a message that hello tune has been activated on you mobile for which i didn't make any request. When i checked my balance i found that a sum of total Rs. 45/- has been deducted. I contacted customer care executive but did not raect on the issue. I contacted cus -care 3-4 times but they keep holding the phone saying that we are gathering information on the complaints and after 15-20 minutes phone cuts automatically. In view of thae above you are requested to take necessary action to refund my money.
