Unwanted deduction

I am Vidya, phone number--9096974726.

I received a message on Saturday 20/8 stating an amount of RS 100 has been deducted towards downloading Samsung application, but i had never subscribed for it, this is the sixth time this has happened in last two months and this is ridiculous. I want the refund for all this charges (Rs.100) and most important is i don't want to see such unwanted reductions in future. Looking forward for your quick response.
