I obtained an AIRTEL Pre-paid connection (Mobile No.7896090257) in 1st week of Feb'2011. On receipt, i recharged my account to get validity & talk time. However, from 2nd day onwards my outgoing facility is blocked. I tried to solve the issue through local AIRTEL service provider but failed. Thus, on 16/02 i called AIRTEL customer call and booked a complaint. My AIRTEL req. ref. no. is "COGCL30216274179". Till date my outgoing connection is blocked.
