Copy of bill

Dear sir/ madam

I have airtel connection 09560671113. I see my bill feb -march i.e 778.40 Rs. I deposited will on 24.03.2011. but detailed bill hard or soft copy i have not recieved till 28.03.2011. when a demand a copy of bill detail from custum care, he demanded Rs 50/ as a charged of dulicate bill.

I can not claim my amount due to same.

plz take action urgenly.
