Unethical balance deduction

Respected Sir,

I am an AIRTEL mobile (09632715746) prepaid customer. And using this service from last one year. From last 2 or 3 month AIRTEL is subscribing me in some of their offer without my consent and deduction my balance when i am calling back to customer care service they are telling that i have send massage to them to subscribe that offer. But i can tell with full assurance that i have not send any that types of massage.

I want my balance to be refunded.
