Promotional calls and sms

Hi,

I keep receiving a lots of promotional messages almost everyday... can anybody help what i can do about it. I tried making a complaint to 198 airtel service provider. but they keep saying that they have forwarded the complaint. however i don't see any resolution happening. Kindly help
