Duplicate Sim card not activated

Hi All,

My name is Prajnabati Mukherjee. I issued a duplicate SIM card with the number 9663318973 from Kormangala, Bangalore. It was said that it would be activated within 24 hrs. But it has been 6 days after that and it has not been activated. Please kindly activate the sim card ASAP.
