Problem regarding my Rfund amount

Hello Sir, Am Vijaya bhaskar Reddy from Bangalore. In the month of April 19th am booked for internet connection. But due to some technical problems i dint get the internet connection. They told that we will refund your amount within 8 working days. But am waited upto 3Months, Still i dint get my refund amount. When ever i used to give a call for Airtel, they will say the same thing again and again. we will refund your amount with in 8 to 10 working days. But still i dint get the refund amount.

By giving a call for Airtel every day, am fed up with those peoples. Right now i dont have a hope that am going to get my money back. Even though if i dint get my refund amount also its oki. But no one should need to face the problem like me. So please take severe action against Airtel Company.
