Hi

I have been Airtel ever since I started using mobile and I was so happy that despite of higher rates I used to use Aritel only, all due to their customer service and customer support. But recently I have had couple of bad experiences.

First thing now they have started charging for customer support calls you make. Second they have started hiring people who cant speak proper English and who have no knowledge of what they are working for.

Means you end up paying for bad service which was earlier free as well as good. It just shows that how things are degrading.

Last time when I called customer care, I asked that person that my mobile shows some service message even when I have not made any calls or sms but he just could not explain what was wrong and besides that he was not even able to speak proper English he just kept repeating "service message" "service message" that's it. Finally when he could not explain anything he hung up without any warning. I had couple more things to ask besides that and I also know I was getting service message but wanted to know for what?

Its not a matter of cost that it cost me 50 Paise but the problem is that he hung up and he did not know English.

I was really disheartened with this behavior from an Airtel customer service person. Airtel was one company I thought who knows how to do good business and keep customers happy but I have started doubting that too now.
