Mobile Coverage Issue

We are facing coverage problem for Airtel mobile Phone in my area. This area very much within city limts and i have logged complaint with Airtel 20 days back with complaint number 33944098.But even after so many follow ups, no resolution given bu Airtel. I called customer care several time but no luck on resolution. I think as per TRAI regulation all mobile provider should provide coverage across india.
