Unauthorized charges for Prepaid connection

Dear Sir,

I am noticing continous cut in charges for cricket score or some game applications downloads etc..., even though I have not requested non of these.

I have enbaled don't disturb long back but I continue to get non-sense messages.

When amount was deducted for cricket score which I was not requested I complianed and returned. But still my account balance is reducing day by day for unathorised services.

Yesterday Rs. 75/- has been deducted from my account for downloading JGame which I have not requested.

Some times I get SMS like Sizziling Bikini Girls etc... with unidentified sender. Does it legal as per TRI?

I request you address my concern as early as possible to avoid legal action with frustration.
