Block Advertisement calls/SMS

Hi,

I am getting lots of Advertisement calls and SMS on my phone.. I am not at all happy with service. These advertisement calls and SMS comes even in night as late as 11pm .. I dont want to disclose my number here. If someone from Airtel really looking into these complains I would like them to please contact me on my mail ID - vkrusia@gmail.com, I would provide my phone number to block all advertisements...

I assume this complains fall in right place...

FYI .. Please dont provide DND service as solution since i tried it and its saying that it will take 45 days to stop unwanted calls and sms ..

I tried reaching customer care and it charged me for per call but never reached to a customer care representative..

Customer care is not at all effective...
