Looting of balance

Hi

I am a consumer of airtel prepaid mobile service (mobile no. 9845888048). Airtel is deducting balance of my mobile without my knowledge. I complained about this on customer care services and refund of my money (complaint code CMOUC20128473549).they insisted me of action but still I do not got my money. And even still with out calling i'm deducted 30ps every 2min even now.

And i also recherged for Rs.34 on 27th Jan for Mobile office usage but the balance is not credited and also if i use the internet the amount is directly deducted from my main balance

Why is airtel looting customers without their knowledge? Hoping for action.
