Unprofessional way

Hi,

I am srinidhi using airtel number 9880909060.

i had asked for the port number in airtel on feb 6th at 10 AM . i got the port number also .but from then they started charging me Rs 1 for each SMS .I had free messages till then. When contacted airtel, customer care replied they have a record that I have confirmed to move to different plan when the manager called me.

But I have not receieved any call from airtel to move to another plan 6th, the call I got was on 7th and I selected the plan where sms pack is free.

But they say they have record where I have confirmed to move to another plan on 6th. But they are unable to tell the call duration. Still i am being charged 1 Rs and they say they are not charging me
