Fraudalent charging of money through Airtel Live

Today I got a message that I have downloaded some Hungama Game and Rs 10 has been charged to my account. I immediately called up customer care and as I had not downloaded any game. In fact I never use the internet though phone. I was informed that the download had happened at 6:31 pm yesterday (13th Feb). There was no way this could have happened as I was driving at that time and the phone was in my pocket. I remember this as I had a hectic time going shopping yesterday evening with my 2 kids.
This kind of thing had happened to me earlier also when I had got a message that some ringtone was downloaded and Rs 6 has got deducted. I had called up customer care and had asked them to deactivate this. That this is happening the 2nd time reeks of fraud and malpractice.
I have that following severe compliants
- why was I enrolled to Airtel Live without my knowing it. It should be illegal to enroll someone for services without their knowing them.
- how did these games and ringtone downloads happen without my doing anything. Either somone has hacked into my account, or Airtel is doing this on purpose to earn money fraudulently. In either case I need to be compensated.
I am seriously considering shifting to another service provider and make airtel lose more than what they thought they can gain my this unethical and illegal move. It is a great thing that my number wont need to change, a really good directive from the govt of india.
