Poor Network Marathahalli Bangalore

I have been following with Airtel for my network signal fluctuation at my house which is located in Marathahalli, Bangalore since Nov. I have been getting assurances from then that the network issue will be fixed soon. Further there are 2 tickets open with them and no one has taken any action to correct the same.

I can not change my number as I have updated the same in many importatnt places. They are simply taking the advantage of the same. Even Airtel people know about the issue of fluctuation and no one is interested in taking aaction to correct the same.

Even if I have tried for Mobile Number Portability and again these people called me told soon the network issue will resolved and by this time my MNP number is also expired.

I do not know how to take action on Airtel. Please help me.
