Rejection on my Number portability

Dear Team,

Pls register a complaint for the below issue:

About 5 days before i have requested for the number portability to move to other network but the request has been rejected stating the contractual subscription/agreement issues. Pls clarify what is the reason of rejecting the request

Also i have called to the customer care and unable to get proper response on this.
