Prepaid Service Not working

Hello,

I want to register my complaint against Airtel Bangalore.. I had recently converted from Postpaid to prepaid. I had submitted the documents also.. Now these people have barred my no: since they claim that they have not received my documents, I have wrote them mail 7 times.. Still there is no response.. Also I tried calling their call center... which is pathetic... They disconnect the call as soon as they know that we are getting angry
