Hi Sir,

My name is Rahul and my airtel number is 9980550307. I live in Bangalore...

I just received a message from airtel as:

"Thanks for downloading Hungama Contect Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 10. Live cricket on mobile tv http://airteltv.co:8080"

This was not the first time when i received this message. The same thing happened with me on 27th April. I complained about this on Airtel customer care but there was no resolution and today it happened again.

I never clicked on any link send in messages and never downloaded anything from hungama.com... then why this amount has been deducted from my account two times...

Can you please resolve this probem???

It looks like I am not the only one who is facing this problem as there are lot of similar complaints about this...

Why airtel is cheating its customers like this???
