Outgoing is disabled for Prepaid SIM based on false address varification claim. Airtel is saying number and balance both will be recycled

I am Chirag Bodar. I purchased a new SIM on 12-Apr. I have submitted my duly filled application along with all required documents/photo.

Airtel barred outgoing calls for my number without any communication or intimation (probably on 29th or 30th April). I came to know about barred outgoing calls only when I needed to make an outgoing call which is on 2-May. I did recharge on the same day 2-May (curiously which was allowed without any problems). I called up their customer care immediately on same day (2-May). Airtel told me to submit address proof related documents again. Reference number for this conversation is CWBAR20502221820.

I went to Airtel office on 3-May (Opp. Jayadeva hospital, Bangalore). Airtel front office guy again made me talk to Airtel customer care. Customer care person told me that address verification is not done, so number will be recycled. I will also lose all the amount I have as my balance. I can assure you that I did not receive any calls related to address verification neither my friend whose number I have given as reference.

I would like to continue using this number. In any other case, I am determined to move to consumer court.

Note: I am already using one more SIM from Airtel with same address since more than a year now. May be if this detail can help in resolving the issue. I have also provided reference numbers of the communications in case Airtel wants to have more details about my number/address etc.
