Airtel doesnt honour TRAI direction of DO NOT DISTURB custome

I had registered with Airtel Do not disturb more than two months ago. My mobile number is 9663350325. I got the confirmation message from Airtel saying that "your DND preference has been changed to fully blocked. Your registration number is S1044057668.Please allow 7 days for the change to become effective". But even after two months I continue to receive the very annoying call every day. That is too 2 to 3 times a day.

Thereafter I registered complaints a hell lot of times quoting the reference number S1044057668 in the Airtel customer care portal. But all proved fruitless...

Why the hell you want to make the customer hear some nonsense where he doesn’t to want to hear?
