I had purchased your new sim no-8971809464 on 12 May with application form, latest colour photo and self attested photocopy of My DL no-7867 in the name of Abhijeet Kumar Mishra. My No was activated on 13 May. Then I had recharge my no with Rs249.00 & Rs98.00 for Internet on 15 May.

Now on 21 May my No become barred. I tried to contact your call center, but inspite of calling 7 Times they are unable to provide me correct reason of barred, they only ask me to visit nearest customer support center which they have also not provided where will be nearest center from my Location (Hedgre Nagar, Bangalore).

As a customer I should have right to know the exact reason of barred. Also if there is any problem with KYC norms my SIM should no be activated.

As per my understanding I have used my No for 8 days without proper KYC and now again i have to visit your customer support center.

Isn't it a service lapse and unnecessary giving hassle to customer.
