Activation of unwanted services

Hello,

I have an Airtel Prepaid connection. There is some "KingfisherGirls" subscription which has been activated on my mobile WITHOUT MY REQUEST. I have received messages on 19/05 and 29/05 regarding the deduction of 10 Rs (each time) for this unwanted service.

It is unethical to activate services when it was never asked for. Though it is a matter of small amount deduction but it speak volumes about the code of conduct practiced in Airtel. I feel cheated after this.

Hence, I would request you to take some serious action against Airtel so that my right as a customer are guarded.
