Airtel themselves activating subscription to my number and deducting amount... What is this for the 2nd time

I am useing Airtel number 9902210132, I don't know what is going with network, today I got another message saying you are subscribed for hello tunes and 15 Rs is deducted for that, I haven't subscribed to that subscription. this is for the 2nd time... Network now not providing any customer care services also... ending up only with pre-recorded voice...
