Getting Unwanted SMS & Poor Signal

I am having Airtel Postpaid mobile connection since 5 years.

I am facing two problems with Airtel.

1. Poor Signal at my residence (AECS layout, Kundanahalli, Bangalore) Most of the time the signal is lost. I have complained about the same to service providers many times. Still no corrective action taken.

2. I am getting unwanted promotional SMS. Though i have registered in Fully Blocked DND
