Hi,

This is regarding cancellation of Airtel broadband.

My Airtel land line number : 080-42195016

I requested to cancel the broadband on 8th June & they came and collected instrument on 10th June. Reference no : 44308 & contact person is Rajni.

I called on 17th June they said I requested to retain and transfer. Then I asked for cancel.

Reference number : 495064.

I called on 25th June same story: Reference number :309757

I called on 1st week of July the connection is under different name and bill send it to me.

But they are sending me the bill.

They are not ready to disconnect the connection.

I really not understand how to act on this.
