Incoming barred after porting

I have requested for MNP from Reliance to Airtel on 7th of october at Airtel relationship center, Indiranagar. They gave me a new SIM and told it takes 7 days for porting.
On 11th Oct, a representative from airtel called and said the SIM which was given to me won't work for MNP and I need to collect a new one.
As per the commitment time for MNP, by 13th the porting should be completed. But porting was successful on 17th and now the incoming is barred after successful porting.
I then called up the Airtel complaints on 198 and the first Engineer (Md. Sajjad) who spoke to me says that incoming is barred because of incorrect documentation and I should re-submit the documents. I requested for escalation and the supervisor (Manoj) says that it is not documentation problem, and requested me to wait till 24th oct to resolve this problem. When asked for the reason for the issue, he again says I should wait till 24th oct.
I do not get incoming calls to my no now. All my important callers get error message " This is an invalid no". I could never imagine more pain than this. I am not reachable to anyone on my mobile since 15th oct night.
I would like some senior officer to address this issue sooner.
