Cheated in changing the call rates plan

On 19th october i sent a sms to 1900 for changing my mobile network from airtel as the call rates was high. But a customer executive name by Mr. Srinivas called me and told that he is going a better plan and low call rates and requested no to change to other network. Request num is RPOCN41019284537. And informed that it takes 5 working days to activate the new plan. But today on 25th october when i called the customer care they are telling that there is no such plans for my mobile num and they are telling to continue in the same plan. Request you to kinldy take necessary actions against them. Mobile num- 9900445560 . Regards Hemanth
